Above the roofs of the villages of THE SILENT ROUTE stand the profiles of their churches, and standing out notably, their towers: for their slender form in Cañada de Benatanduz, their fortified nature in Ejulve, or for their condition of twin towers in Villarluengo.
The hermitages devoted to retreat and prayer go more unnoticed but are worthwhile searching for, because they are usually in especially beautiful surroundings from which to enjoy the best panoramic views of the villages.
